Dr. Brian Anderson is the CEO of the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI), a non-profit coalition he co-founded in 2021. CHAI is focused on developing a set of consensus-driven guidelines and best practices for Responsible AI in Health, as well as supporting the ability to independently test and validate AI for safety and effectiveness .Prior to CHAI, Dr. Anderson was the Chief Digital Health Physician at MITRE where he led research and development efforts across major strategic initiatives in Digital Health, including partnering with the United States Government and private sector organizations. He was also the co-PI on MITRE’s largest Health R&D effort in Oncology, supporting the Biden Administration’s Cancer Moonshot effort.

Dr. Langlotz is Professor of Radiology, Medicine, and Biomedical Data Science, and Senior Associate Vice Provost for Research at Stanford University. He also serves as Director of the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging (AIMI Center), which comprises over 150 faculty at Stanford who conduct interdisciplinary machine learning research to promote health. Dr. Langlotz’s laboratory develops machine learning methods to detect disease and eliminate diagnostic errors. He has led many national and international efforts to improve medical imaging, including the RadLex terminology standard and the Medical Imaging and Data Resource Center (MIDRC), a U.S. national imaging research resource.

Dr Daniel Ting is the Associate Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School and Stanford University, senior consultant vitreo-retinal surgeon at the Singapore National Eye Center, Director of Singapore Health Service AI Office, and Associate Editor of npj Digital Medicine.
To date, Daniel has published >250 peer reviewed publications in high-impact journals, such as JAMA, NEJM, Lancet, Nature Medicine, and serves in American Academy of Ophthalmology, STARD-AI, QUADAS-AI and DECIDE-AI as an executive committee.
In 2022 and 2023, Daniel was ranked the Top 100 Ophthalmologists Power list by the Ophthalmologists, and ranked Top 100 clinical research (0.001%) in the World’s Top 2% Scientists by the Stanford University.

Mr Lee has been CEO of Thomson Medical Singapore since 1 Nov 2023.
Over the past ten years, Mr Lee held CEO positions at Mount Alvernia Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, Parkway East Hospital, and Dr Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Saudi Arabia. He had also served nine years in public healthcare.
Besides the healthcare sector, Mr Lee was with DBS Bank (including a stint as General Manager at DBS LA). In addition, he had a strategic investments role at Singapore Power.
At the national level, Mr Lee was a Management Committee member for Singapore Quality Award. Now he serves as Vice Chairperson of Temasek Junior College’s Advisory Committee, and as Deputy Chairperson of the Technical Committee for Healthcare and Health Informatics, under Enterprise Singapore’s Biomedical & Health Standards Committee.

Dr. Lili Qiu is Assistant Managing Director of Microsoft Research Asia (MSRA) and is mainly responsible for overseeing the research, as well as the collaboration with industries, universities, and research institutes, at Microsoft Research Asia – Shanghai. She obtained her MS and PhD degrees in computer science from Cornell University. Dr. Qiu is an expert in Internet and wireless networking. In 2005, she joined the University of Texas at Austin as an Assistant Professor and later promoted to Full Professor. She joined MSRA in 2022. Dr. Qiu is an IEEE Fellow, a NAI Fellow and an ACM Fellow and also serves as the ACM SIGMOBILE chair. She led the development of over 50 international and national standards, numerous regulations, and convened 30+ FDA Medical Device Committee meetings. A Harvard-trained M.D. and MIT Ph.D., she has organized multi-stakeholder partnerships, spearheaded clinical studies, authored 100+ publications, and presented 200+ lectures worldwide. Michael F. Chiang is Director of the National Eye Institute, at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. By background, he is a pediatric ophthalmologist and is also board-certified in clinical informatics. His research focuses on the interface of biomedical informatics and clinical ophthalmology in areas such as retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), telehealth, artificial intelligence, electronic health records, data science, and genotype-phenotype correlation.

Dr. Naqi Khan, MD, MS currently serves as the Global Physician Leader for AI & Machine Learning at Amazon Web Services. Previously, he was Principal Program Lead for Health AI at Microsoft, where he launched a new biomedical natural language processing platform. Prior to Microsoft, he led clinical AI projects at Kaiser Permanente (KP), helping develop KP’s machine learning strategy for virtualized care. Dr. Rupa Sarkar is the founding Editor-in-Chief of The Lancet Digital Health. Since her appointment in November 2018, The Lancet Digital Health is the leading journal in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital health, with a mission to advance standards for the next generation of health care technology.
Rupa is an experienced editor and scientist working across a broad range of subject areas. She has delivered seminars at over 30 conferences in the USA, China, Singapore, India, Europe, and UK. Her interests span all interdisciplinary areas of digital health, with a particular interest in genomics and AI in clinical applications. Rupa obtained her Ph.D. in embryonic stem cell development from Imperial College London, U.K. After her postdoctoral research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, NY, USA, Rupa joined the Nature Research Group. Prof Wong is a retinal specialist, with a research portfolio on retinal diseases and ocular imaging, including AI. He has published >1,500 peer-reviewed papers.

Mr. Yeong Zee Kin is the Chief Executive of the Singapore Academy of Law, a promotion and development agency for Singapore’s legal profession. A globally recognised expert in AI ethics, he spearheaded Singapore’s Model AI Governance Framework which won the UNITU WSIS Prize in 2019 and was a member of the AI Group of Experts at the OECD (AIGO), which developed the OECD Principles on AI that were endorsed by the G20 in 2019. Zee Kin has tapped on his expertise in various areas of the law to contribute widely to various legal publications, including Data Protection Law in Singapore and Law and Technology in Singapore. He also authored Technology Regulation in the Digital Economy, which was launched at TechLaw.Fest 2023.
